I like that you can complete and send all through the site. The customer support online feature is great and the reps were knowledgeable and helpful.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

Perfect for on the go! Time saver and so convenient to have this! You can access from everywhere It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. I'm a logistics manager and I'm always on the go and most of the time I get phone calls away from my desk so its handy to be able to pull this software up on my phone to send important documents - especially customs paperwork when zip need to Nothing! You can pretty much find any document form needed in their library to assist you with your needs. You can even edit the document if need be.

I liked the clear simple explanations.and the fact that it stops you from clicking on anything until it has explained the basic functions of the key attributes. For some of us who think they can probably figure it out on our own the little speed bump and wake up call save a LOT of time.

Searching for a form that I had… Searching for a form that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, I found it here upon oa couple tries. Having trouble with the editing, which I always do. What do you like best? Easy to navigate, loads quickly. I usually don't have a lot of time in the field to wait for loading. What do you dislike? Once I was proficient in the navigation, I was good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get a fast turnaround on documents that need signed. I can also verify that the documents have been signed while out in the field.
