Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. We use this tool for document management mainly and it does the job with ease.
Document upload is real quick
Mobile applications work really good.
Edit or add content to your PDF file, I love this feature as it helps to add content whenever required before sending it to the customers.
I don't see any disadvantage with this tool.

Very Helpful Filler
This software is the answer on my problem before on how to edit the PDF. It is very helpful to me and to my team. Easy to access and easy to use.
Sometimes I experienced the slow loading of software but it is totally manageable to make it better.

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

Easy and convenient
I usually use free apps because they're free, but this program is worth the money. I do a LOT of paperwork on the daily, so this makes life much easier.

I like how easy it is to navigate the site.
What do you dislike?
I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to edit certain documents that I was once before remaking the entire document for different clients.
