With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. So easy to use.....I was in need of a Quitclaim Deed for mineral rights, and PDFfiller was the only site that offered the form that I needed. What a find!

Great Program but.....
There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go.
Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising.
Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but...
It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
