After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

it has been easy to navigate.. but the price is still abit steep. I am student and I am using this one time for my paperwork. Hopefully you can have student packages.

Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Absolute timesaver Absolute timesaver and easy to use once you are in the form. It's an absolute timesaver when filling in repetitive forms or having to sign and email something for signature. Ease of moving around website is a little tricky sometimes

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund.
