I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? 2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

Poor internet connection affects how fast one can work. I commend the fact that the program saves all changes in a timely fashion.

It was easy to use however I believe as a snowbird they should have another way to fill out the 8840 without having to sign up for this form filler. As it turns out we tried to fill out on line and the signature part wouldn't work. We ended up printing out the form and filling it by hand and mailing it in.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

I enjoy using pdfFiller.As with free products, sometimes the function is limited. However, I think that it is a good investment. You can do much with pdfFiller. Notably the reason I rated pdfFiller 4 stars rather than 5 stars is a small (but important to me) reason:PDF Filler has color options for its highlights and pens for annotation, yet compared to some of the other apps and programs, I was slightly disappointed with the display of some of the color options especially with the highlights.Otherwise, this is a great device. Do expect to pay a small price to get the most benefit from this program.Warmest regards,Chu-Chi
