Great for making a pdf fillable planner
I've tried Adobe & SODA pdf & both were a nightmare:/
From ctrl not being able to multi-selesct, text boxes not duplicating with a new names (meaning I would have to re-name or re-make 10000 boxes manually...)
I've had a really good experience with pdf filler! It has everything I need to easily add fillable fields & make my planner useable. Thank you finally a product that matches my requirements.

Simplified accuracy !
pdfFiller simplified and shortened the length of time; when I needed to complete filling out pertinent documents.
My first experience with pdfFiller was when I had to do taxes. All the technical difficulties with filling out tax documents no longer existed.
There are no Cons to specify, except my fears that this app is a "too good to be true" app. If you knew that before this app came along, PDFs were untouchable and un-editable.

Can you change your interest rate after locking?
But what if you lock a mortgage and then rates fall? Unfortunately, you can't just unlock your rate to avoid paying higher interest. Your best option is to ask your lender about a rate “float down,” although this will cost you an additional fee. Switching lenders last minute is also an option for refinancers.
Can you negotiate a mortgage rate after locking?
Your lender may offer multiple rate lock periods, giving you the flexibility to choose the term you want. However, you may not be able to negotiate the fee, and once you've entered a lock-in period, you typically can't change the terms except to extend it.
What is interest rate lock agreement?
Locking your interest rate means the rate will stay the same from the time of the rate lock until the rate lock expiration date, regardless of changing market conditions. Your final interest rate may be higher or lower than what was initially quoted to you if there are changes before your loan closes.
Should I lock in my mortgage rate today or wait?
Once you find a rate that is an ideal fit for your budget, lock in the rate as soon as possible. There is no way to predict with certainty whether a rate will go up or down in the weeks or even months it sometimes takes to close your loan.
