A letter of termination typically includes information regarding the reason for dismissal, benefits or severance pay they may receive, date of their final paycheck, and other details that are relevant to the termination.
If you're ready to terminate your service agreement, you should be sure to do so in writing. You can either send an email to your service provider or compose a termination letter on business stationery. You should sign this notification using both your official title and the name of your company.
For Termination Letter : Mention Reason of termination. Mention times you have given for warning times. Mention improvement or not improvement. Mention output of final warning. Mention Full and Final Settlement procedure.
