I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

This is a really great PDF convertor. Very easy to use. The best I have seen. A very good find. I would recommend especially to fill out government documents that could be rejected because of bad handwriting.

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

How do I request transcripts from Caspar?
Click the Download Transcript Request Form under each school you listed and print each form. Contact the registrar at each institution you attended and request one transcript be sent to CASPAR.

How long does it take for Caspar to verify transcripts?
Verification does not begin until CASPAR receives all required documents. Applications are verified chronologically based on their complete date. CASPAR averages a turnaround time of two weeks for verification of an application. However, during the busiest periods, this can take up to four weeks.
How early should I submit Caspar?
Submit it early enough that letters and transcripts will all be received at least one month before the earliest school's deadline. This allows CASPAR adequate time to be verified, which can take about a month. Generally, the earlier you submit, the better.
Can you add schools after submitting Caspar?
On the CASPAR FAQ, it says about changes after e-submitting, “you may change .... references which have a status of new or in-progress, and you may add additional schools to apply to. You may also add NEW experiences, achievements, certifications, and test scores, but you can NOT edit those already entered.”
How long does it take for Caspar to receive transcripts?
