Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

Great program and awesome customer service
This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

What do you like best?
The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply.
What do you dislike?
For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am in the field of Special Education as an administrator. This year with COVID-19, the difficulty of having documents signed, changing information and moving paperwork quickly has been a real challenge. With pdFiller, I have been able to address any paperwork issue that arises in an instant and then get documents back out for a new signature, or an update of information. This has saved me this year and helped me to meet all major and important timelines.

How to Add Name Field PDF using pdfFiller
Follow these steps provided to use the Add Name Field PDF feature in pdfFiller.

Go to the pdfFiller website and log into your account or register one if you haven’t already.

From your account Dashboard, click the Add New button to upload or import a document.

Click the Create Document button and create one from scratch. It will automatically get saved to the Docs tab.

Can't find the document you need? Click Create Document and generate one from scratch and save it to the Docs tab.

Go to the toolbar and choose To add Name Field PDF.

How do I label a fillable field in PDF?
In the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields... For the field you want to edit, access the context menu and select the Properties dialog. In the General tab of the Properties dialog, type a description for the form field in the Tooltip field. Repeat for all form fields.
How do I add fillable fields to a ?
To Add Text Fields in Forms Online, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tabs on the right and add fillable fields for Text. You can also add fields for signatures, text, images, date etc. When you're done with editing, click the 'Done' button and email, print or save your document.
How to show field name in PDF form?
In the General tab, you can change the following options: Name: Specifies the unique name of the selected form field. Tooltip: Displays text that the hesitant user may find helpful in filling in the form field. Tooltips appear when the pointer hovers briefly over the form field.
