I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. We are signed up with them and will be a great customer of theirs.Peter

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

Ease of use and broadness of applicability.
What do you dislike?
Its ease of use and broad applicability trumps any minor issues. I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise.

Being able to fill in PDF's without using more expensive solutions. Also used to authenticate signatures in various ventures. Comes in extremely handy actually.

That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple.

I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit.
