PDFfiller has exceeded my expectations.
I regularly have a need to complete and to apply signatures to PDF documents. PDFfiller is a real time-saver in that it eliminates the need to print a hard copy and then manually complete, sign, and scan the PDF documents. Also, the PDFs that it creates end up looking much tidier and more professional. As a bonus, the software saves and maintains a duplicate record of all my PDF papers.
I originally subscribed to PDF Filler, under urgent circumstances, simply to be able to apply a verified electronic signature to a single document. But I've been awed by how versatile and useful it is. I now use it almost weekly. As a business owner, PDFfiller has been a great value. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an occasional or even a regular need to edit and to apply signatures to PDF documents.
There's really nothing about PDFfiller that I don't like. This is highly unusual for me as I'm not the most tech-savvy person and I frequently end up frustrated with software.

Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

It has a lot of PDF Tools in one on the cheapest plan
Maybe they can unify the first and mid tier plans. They don't add a lot to the mid tier plan to increase the price. It just don't worth it

I am cancelling my subscription to PDFfiller. My husband and I got the covid virus and we cannot continue to pay for the subscription. Other than that, I absolutely loved the access to PDFfilller.

How to Use the Adjust Chart Permit Feature in pdfFiller
The Adjust Chart Permit feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily modify and customize charts in your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document containing the chart you want to adjust.

Click on the chart to select it.

In the toolbar at the top of the page, click on the 'Adjust Chart Permit' button.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen with various options for adjusting the chart.

To resize the chart, click and drag the corners or edges of the chart.

To move the chart to a different location within the document, click and drag the chart to the desired position.

To change the chart type, click on the 'Chart Type' dropdown menu and select the desired chart type.

To modify the chart data, click on the 'Edit Data' button. This will open a spreadsheet-like editor where you can make changes to the chart data.

To customize the appearance of the chart, such as colors, labels, and titles, use the options available in the sidebar.

What is the difference of correcting a paper chart and ECDIS?
Chart Correction On ECDIS: Charts on ECDIS need to be updated and corrected on a regular basis. Unlike paper charts where the procedure involves manual insertion of the corrections, correction to ENCs are made automatically.
How do I change my zoning in Philadelphia?
If you want to change the zoning of that property, you must go through the Department of Licenses & Inspections and apply for a zoning variance. If they are rejected, they can file an appeal that must go for review under the City Planning Commission and a Registered Community Organization.
How often should the charts on ECDIS need to be updated and corrected?
ENCs are updated by weekly 'Notices to Mariners' issued by Hydrographic Offices / Regional ENC co-ordination centers ( RENC) and corrections are received on the vessel either by email or data file (AVCS DVD). The actual updating is either applied to the ECDIS chart database automatically or by the user.
What are the two methods of carrying out electronic chart correction?
Both raster and vector systems allow for automatic electronic correction of the charts onboard, with no real work on the part of the navigator. This means that the corrections are inserted exactly as intended by the marine cartographer.
How do I correct an ECDIS chart?
From start up-Menu (on the left bottom section in chartco), click on Corrections. Click on ENC (top bar) and corrections (Right side bar). This list will show you the pending corrections to your active cells. Click on the “Collect and transfer to ECDIS” at the bottom of the screen.
How do I get a variance approved in Philadelphia?
If a variance is required, the first step is to apply for a zoning or use registration permit from the Department of Licenses and Inspection. The application will be rejected. The applicant has 30 days to appeal to the Zoning Board, which will schedule a hearing to decide whether to grant a variance.
