This was a great program
This was a great program. I just don't use it enough to justify paying annually. I wish there was a charge per file option.

I REALLY enjoy. How simple this app. can make a task such as
" creating a legal document ". (Which, at first can sound super intimidating ".) become. Easy to use, Step by step explanation's & examples. I love the FREE 3o day upgrade trial. I've tried to think, of anything I would do differently... & I honestly can't come up with a thing!, NICE WORK!!

How to Use the Adjust Date Permit Feature in pdfFiller
The Adjust Date Permit feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily modify the dates on your permits. Follow these steps to use this feature:

A calendar will appear on the screen. Select the new date that you want to set for the permit.

What happens if your building permit expires?
From the day the permit is issued, it will expire if the work is not started within two years. To renew an expired building permit that has received and passed at least one valid inspection, but has not exceeded the three-year mark: The plans cannot be changed, nor changes proposed.
Can you renew a building permit?
Construction, demolition, mechanical, and grading permits typically expire 18 months after the issue date. However, you can renew these permits up to 30 days before the expiration date. You can renew or re-establish your permit if: Any land use permit associated with your building permit has not expired.

What does an expired permit mean?
What is an expired permit? Per the Florida Building Code, Broward County Amendment, 105.3. 2, permits shall expire and become null and void if work has not commenced within 180 days from the date of permit issuance or if such work when commenced is suspended or abandoned for a period of 90 days.
What does expire permit mean?
Note: Permits expire on the 181st day after the date the permit is issued and the project has not received an inspection, or after the date of the last inspection that shows progress toward completion of the project. An application for a permit will be deemed Expired after 180 days if a permit has not been issued.
