It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

What do you like best?
The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.
What do you dislike?
The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

Working Experience With PdfFiller
i am using this software for about 8 to 9 months. the best thing i found in this software was its feature to send the file online without makuing sure to save first and then send. other feature i liked the most is that i can easily edit the pdf format by using this software. it is really very favorable feature to avoid the conversing to word file for editing.
in my opinion, there must be improvement with the font size of editing text to make it more compatible with text. i face a problem to make the ediding in the same font size . Althorugh, it is same as that of text but it seams different. it makes the file less professional.

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!

How to Use the Adjust Footnote Log Feature in pdfFiller
The Adjust Footnote Log feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and update footnotes in your documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to work with in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Footnote' option in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains the Footnote Log, which displays all the footnotes in your document.

To adjust a footnote, simply click on it in the Footnote Log.

The selected footnote will be highlighted, and its details will be displayed in the sidebar.

You can edit the text of the footnote by typing directly into the text box in the sidebar.

If you want to delete a footnote, click on the 'Delete' button next to it in the sidebar.

To add a new footnote, click on the 'Add Footnote' button at the bottom of the Footnote Log.

A new empty footnote will be added to the log, and you can enter the desired text for the footnote.

How do I fix footnote formatting?
Do one of the following: To change the formatting of the footnote numbers, select the Footnotes Reference Style. If you want to change the formatting of the footnote text at the bottom of the page, select the Footnote Text Style. Click Modify, and then change the formatting options (font, size, and so on).
How do you modify footnotes?

I'm not sure what to change to remove the space.
How do you move a footnote separator?
Using the Footnotes drop-down list at the top of the Footnotes window, choose Footnote Separator. The current separator appears in the window, and the insertion point should be within the separator. Use Word's regular formatting tools to change the paragraph indentation on the separator.
