It is convenient, ensures legibility and a professional appearance, and is easy to use. I have used it only for basic functions - i.e. filling in blank lines. I still need to explore what else it can do.

So far so good. I have only been using it for two days so I'm still new but I think it is going to work well for my needs!
Follow up. A couple of weeks in and we are extremely happy with this subscription service. I work for a school district and have equipment to check out to various teachers in 28 different schools. This has really made my job easier..

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

I've been really happy with how easy it is to find certain forms, then fill them in and print them, but I wasn't able to find a few forms I needed and had to look for them elsewhere. I'd be ecstatic if all the forms I needed were all in one place.

Necessity for obtaining digital signatures
PDFfiler has helped my business be more efficient.
There are a lot of features that I enjoyed using from this software. I like the ability to edit the pdf file, link to fill feature, and how this stores the documents.
Navigating the pdf editing mode was confusing at first. Customer service helped me with this. I don't like how the text cuts off (writing information in the box that leads to scrolling) when printing (you can see the whole box). I have had issues when converting a pdf file to word; formatting is weird. I found myself wasting time trying to fix it.

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. How do I change my printer settings to labels on a Mac?
In the menubar of Address Book > File > Print > click Show details > Set Style: Mailing Labels > click Layout tab.
Why won't my labels print correctly?
Misalignment Problem: All your sticky labels are misaligned in the SAME direction by the SAME amount. Fix The Problem: Adjust the page margins of your label template. In Word, click on the Layout tab at the top of the page. Click on Margins and select Custom Margins from the list.
How do I print on Avery labels?
With your Word document open, go to the top of screen and click Mailings > Labels > Options. (In older versions of Word, the Options setting is located in Tools at the top of the page.) Select Avery US Letter from the drop-down menu next to Label Vendors. Then scroll to find your Avery product number and click OK.

Deselect Fit to Page or Fit in your printer dialog. If these options remained checked, your project will shrink and not print accurately. After you click Print, click on Properties or Preferences, or look for the Print using system dialog option where you'll find Paper options.
