It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

This program is easy to use, has the forms I needed. Easy fill, print and save. Great online program. Accomplished exactly what I needed to without having to search all over for the forms.

It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

Pretty good tool overall
Pretty good tool overall, sometimes when you hit the Tab button it jumps to a field father down the page, but all in all really easy and accurate.

easy to find relevant documents
easy to find relevant documents. Appreciate the option to print them or fill them out online. Appreciate how organized the site is and how thorough the collection of documents you have available. Also appreciate being able to write my own signature.

I'm still learning about it but its helping alot understand how things are stored and how I can open them faster and saved my documents I thought I lost it was here so yes I want to learn everything I can about it I'm new at this thanks so much

What do you like best?
I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness.

I have not found anything that I dislike about it.
