It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

I AM A TAX PREPARER SO YOU CAN IMAGINE AT THE BUSIEST TIME HAVING TO RUSH AND GO BUY FORMS OR ORDER ONLINE, IT WAS EASY VERY SELF EXPLANATORY. WOULD LIKE TO SEE ADDITIONAL FEATURES, SAVE THE EIN NUMBER, PREFILL THE SS AND MEDICARE WHEN YOU PUT IN THE AGI.

I love it Its it is so easy to use. The only problem is I don't need it often enough to pay the cost of it. I only needed a couple of forms, but for a business I can see were it would be a great investment.

I never thought editing PDF files online would be that easy
PDF files, while really good, can also be a pain, and PDFfiller eases that pain. Why deal with scanners when you can fill PDF forms online? It's support to cloud services is also great

How to Use the Adjust Required Field Permit Feature in pdfFiller
The Adjust Required Field Permit feature in pdfFiller allows you to customize the required fields in your PDF documents. By adjusting the required field permit, you can control which fields are mandatory for your recipients to fill out.

Open the PDF document in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' tab in the top menu.

Select the 'Adjust Required Field Permit' option from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. Here, you can see a list of all the fields in your document.

To make a field required, simply click on the checkbox next to the field name. The checkbox will turn green, indicating that the field is now mandatory.

To remove the required status from a field, click on the checkbox again. The checkbox will turn gray, indicating that the field is no longer mandatory.

You can also adjust the required field permit for multiple fields at once. To do this, hold down the 'Ctrl' key (or 'Command' key on Mac) and click on the checkboxes next to the field names.

Once you have adjusted the required field permit to your liking, click on the 'Save' button in the top right corner of the sidebar.

Your changes will be saved, and the required field permit will be applied to the document.

You can now share the document with your recipients, and they will be prompted to fill out the required fields before they can submit the document.
