What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the…
I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

Easy and Superb!
I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!

Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing
I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out.
I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller
There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)

How to Use the Adjust Signature Paper Feature in pdfFiller
The Adjust Signature Paper feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily align your digital signature with the lines on a document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to sign in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar.

Select the 'Adjust Signature Paper' option from the dropdown menu.

A pop-up window will appear with a preview of your document and your digital signature. Use the scroll bars to adjust the position of your signature until it aligns perfectly with the lines on the document.

Once you are satisfied with the alignment, click the 'Apply' button.

Your signature will now be adjusted to match the lines on the document. You can move and resize your signature if needed.

Is it possible to change your signature?
Are you allowed to change your signature just suddenly. Hello, Yes, you may change your signature whenever you want to, but it should match your official documents such as passport, driving license, bank accounts etc so that you will not have a problem proving that you are indeed who you say you are.
How do you delete a digital signature?
To clear a digital signature, right-click the field and select “Clear Signature”. To remove the field, active the Select Object tool, click the field to select it, and to delete it.
