Select Create Amendment under Options next to a voucher. 3. Enter Comments about why you are making the amendment, then select Amend Document. The voucher opens on the Review Trip Voucher screen.

And while you can't do much about the former two items, if your trip itinerary or official travel reservations change while you're TRY, you're responsible for updating your DTS authorization or voucher to reflect those changes.
