This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

so far so good...I have just tried it today with billing to Medicare and I hope the forms go through properly and the claims are paid. I will not know how this works until I see if the claims have been honored.

My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. Our club has need for developing forms and sign in documentation which I am exploring your features. Not as easy as I would have liked. Good product so far for my needs, but I'll make a final decision towards the end of my trial version.

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

What do you like best?
The amount of tools avaliable gives a lot of possibilities working a PDF Doc. Its been very usefull to me. And its online! You could access the tool anywhere! I like the fact that it brings a possibility of working any kind of PDF doc.
What do you dislike?
I consider the price is a bit expensive. And sometimes I have a little difficulty changing the size of images included in a document, maybe this feature could be improved.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
