Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Quite honestly I never knew when my subscription ended I found out when it ended,i believe you should make it more of a mgrand exit because i continued using this service way after i should have great service though

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

PDF Filler customer service is like it used to be when businesses actually cared if you did business with them, their 24 hour support guys are incredible, unfortunately I am always in such a hurry when I talk to them I X out the opportunity to give them a 5 star Kudos..."Thank you for hiring an amazing group of people which do a great job representing the integrity of your program, you have earned a customer for life", that's what I would say if I could slow down for a few minutes!

What do you like best?
Price is good and plenty of document options.
What do you dislike?
Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.

What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.

Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.
