I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

Hang lightweight signs on a nail or screw using picture-hanging hardware. Check the weight rating on the hardware you intend to purchase. Locate the stud using an electronic stud finder. Use Sheetrock anchors where no stud is available. Attach the hardware to the sign. Attach sawtooth brackets with a hammer and nail.
Hold the tin sign in place on the wall where you'd like it to hang with one hand. Using your writing hand, use a pencil to mark the top two corner holes of the tin sign. Hammer in the two picture hooks so that the hooks line up with the holes. Hang the tin sign on the hooks.

Mounting signs on chain link fencing is not an impossible task. Put your gloves on and lay your sign face-up on a flat surface. Place your sign bracket on top of your sign, centering it along the body of the sign. Mark the area where the holes are on the face of your sign with a marker.
Clean off the brick surface and the object to be glued to the brick. Cut about 1/4 inch off of the top of the plastic glue cap.
To what surfaces will Command Products stick? Painted, stained or varnished wood, glass, tile, painted cinder block, plaster, metal, and painted wallboard. The Outdoor Product line is not recommended for use on rough surfaces, such as cement board, brick or rough-sawn wood.
When you use cement between bricks, you push the brick onto the wet cement. The wet cement is pushed into the small holes and crevices in the rough surfaces of the brick. When the cement dries and hardens, the two bricks are stuck together.

Brick usually holds better and supports more weight than mortar. However, if you have old, fragile brick, and you're mounting a heavy object that requires deep holes and expansion-style anchors, drilling into the brick may not be the best choice.
Insert a 5/32-inch carbide drill a bit into a power drill for 3/16-inch masonry screws. Drill pilot holes in the brick for each screw. Remove the drill bit from the drill.
Simple Answer: NO A screw directly into drywall will not hold. You need to use some type of picture hanging hardware to hang a heavy picture securely. The threads of a screw into only drywall, without an anchor, will NOT permanently hold in the drywall. It will just pull right back out sooner or later.
Set up a power drill with a 1/4-inch masonry drill bit. Drill 2-inch deep holes at each anchor bolt location on the brick. Attach the brackets with 1/4-by-2-inch expanding anchor bolts that you can tighten snugly with a socket and ratchet.
