I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

best out there, has opportunities to get better
generally very positive. i used the free trial for a month and switched to the yearly plan.
this is by far the best pdf editor i tried using. the biggest selling point is converting the files without losing the layout and the possibility to edit copy and somewhat match the font
i noticed that while editing copy the font size of the original text shifts a pixel down and the font weight automatically turns to lighter than original.
still the best font matching abilities of all the tools, but sometimes a pain

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. Excellent tool for managing and editing PDFs
This is a very convenient place to manage pdf documents. The lay out is simple and organized. I love that I can create templates and use those over and over as needed. Very handy tool.

How do you create a bookmark in PDF?
Click the Bookmarks button on the left to open the Bookmarks panel. Open the page where you want the bookmark to link to, and adjust the view settings. Use the Select tool to select the area of the page you want to bookmark: Select the bookmark under which you want to place the new bookmark.
How do I edit a bookmark in PDF?
To edit a bookmark, right-click it and select Bookmark Properties. If you just want to assign a different page view to a bookmark, navigate to the part of the document you want to bookmark, then right-click the bookmark in the list and select Set Destination.
