Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. I am looking forward to this being a valuable working tool for my Business. Thank you

I really like it so far. The snap to grid text editing is fantastic. The cloud options and email sync are perfect. Nice job. The UI is almost exactly like my Neat scanner software so it's very intuitive.

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
