What do you like best? I love that it makes editing a pdf file quick & easy. What do you dislike? I've not run into any features of the program that I do not like yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great little program!! I do recommend. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like everything except when filing in… I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

I use this almost on a day to day with all kinds of documents. it is the best thing that has happen to me when it comes to computers. I have been trying to get everybody I know to get this program, I paid for the year and most likely will pay for next year too.

Auto Renewal Charge I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
