With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

Being able to mark up pdf documents for my clients that otherwise I could not. I like the pen option to call out important numbers for them to review. Being able to highlight where there signature is needed is an added plus

Initially was not happy for being charged £150 after my free trial ended (without knowing) though they processed my refund very quickly.

Very supportive i converting documents ad easy to use i like it but if possible will you produce android and i phone app so it will be easy to use it on app.

Would be better if you didn't have to input personal card information for a one time use on a free item. Other than that, good experience because it was easy to navigate.

I am not great with technology
I am not great with technology, and I found this program very easy to use. I am so grateful that you had the ordinary person in mind when establishing "pdf Filler."

PDFFILLER
PDFFILLER, I have tried many and many have failed, typically to overstate and underdeliver, however. PDFFILLER, is the nerd in the room understated but delivers at every turn. There have been times though that I was sure they misssed something, that is untill I call support and talk about delivery. A product is only as good as the support team behind it. Hours spent trying to figure out this glitch, testing this and testing that, and the support agent just as friendly and helpful at hour three as at hour one, come to find out, it was my network, my VPN and firewall wasn't letting me upload documents, others were good and worked fine. except from my phone. Even then the agent was doing even more testing and providing his findings via screen recordings over email. I was amazed and it wasn't the first time. incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am not an easy person to please as most software isn't completly vetted before release but PDFFILLER has done their work and worth every penny.

How do I open a password-protected PDF without the password?
Click on File Tab and Open Properties. Now Click on Permission Details and open Security Tab. Check the No Security option. Click on Remove Password in Security Method menu.
