I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

Easy for On the Go Editing

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

Can a lease be altered?
The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own. Therefore, both parties will normally need to draw up a lease amendment agreement and sign it.
Can landlord modify lease?
No. Leases are contracts and cannot be changed without the other side agreeing. The only change a landlord can make to a tenancy agreement without the tenant's consent is an increase the rent. A landlord must, however, follow the rules set out in the Residential Tenancies Act for rent increases.
How do you modify a lease?
To edit a lease: Click on the lease you want to edit. From the lease summary page, click Edit unit. In the edit panel, you can choose to edit the lease type and change lease dates. If you change the lease end date, you can also select the option to prorate last month's rent.

How long does it take to amend a lease?
When can changes be made? Your landlord can change a rental agreement at any time during the term of the agreement, with or without your consent. Changes must be made with adequate notice; notice periods are 30 days in most states. Changing a lease is harder because both parties must consent to almost any change.
