PDF Filler - what a great tool
I love the convenience of being able to access and fill out forms from any device or computer. I also like the fact that I can save the forms I create and use them again in the future. Very easy to find and insert the form fields that I need. It is also very user-friendly, and it makes creating forms so much easier. I like that I don't have to download anything and it is all online. I can access my account anywhere, anytime. The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Great but just too expensive
Great but just too expensive. Especially considering we are already subscribed to so many other SaaS, this feels over priced.

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

I appreciate a free trial and I was able to get the one form that I needed. I simply cancelled so I don't forget to cancel the 30-day trial and get charged! Thank you very much for the easy to fill form.

Can you change your name legally but not professionally?

Can I use a different name professionally?
You can use both last names with a hyphen or without. Furthermore, you can take your spouse's name, but use your former name strictly in a professional setting. Some states even allow you to move your old name to your middle name, and then tack on your new last one.
Can you legally have two last names?
It is extremely confusing for legal purposes to use two last names interchangeably. I recommend that you either legally change your name to either your married last name or a hyphenated last name. You can also move your maiden last name to your middle name and make your married last name your last name legally.
How do you handle name change at work?
Send a brief mass email to coworkers and other professional contacts to tell them your new name and new email address. Change your email signature. Change your outgoing voice mail message and the recorded name you made for the phone directory. Get a new business card and door/cubicle nameplate.

When your name change goes through notify your manager and the HR department. They may request a copy of the court documents showing the name change. If you have already filled out paperwork for the IRS, INS, insurance providers, etc. the company will need to notify them OR ask you to complete the notification.
