My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

That I can enter text into PDFs and save/send them without scanning.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it is hard to download the document to the computer and takes a couple of tries because of Adobe Flash Player

Best PDF Editor Up until a few years ago, all PDF software seemed the same to me. 'What could they do that much better to make a difference' was a question I asked. PDFfiller answered the question the first time I got to use it. PDFfiller is the perfect PDF editing and managing software that I have tried by a mile. Modifying documents and making last minute changes has never been easier. Smart signature protection, revision history, and commenting are just a few of the great features that make PDFfiller my favorite. Loved it since the first time I got to use it. Well worth the price.

It was easy to sign and save... It was easy to sign and save my document with no interruptions or gemecs in between. I thought it would of been hard to get it sent via email but that was even more of a breeze.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

Push lightly the top of the stamp to align the pad with the opening at the back of the stamp. Lock the stamp using the lock/unlock button. Remove the old pad, and insert new pad after removing the cover.
Locate the black horizontal band at the front of the stamp -- this is the front edge of the ink cartridge. Push on the top of the stamp slightly and press in on the red buttons on the right and left sides at the same time to unlock the cartridge within the stamp and lock the top of the stamp so that it can't raise up.
Flipping Over the Ink Pad First, push the stamp down and press the red buttons to lock it in place. Then with the back of the stamp facing you, push the ink pad out. Grab the pad by the edges, flip it over, and re-insert it back into the stamp. Push the stamp down slightly to release the lock, and then it's ready!
Push down to the lock line and slide lock into position. Pull out ink pad cartridge until it clicks. Fill the ink port(s) with 10 drops of ink, then close and wait 15 minutes.
Push stamp down slightly and push buttons on side to lock into position. Pull out ink pad. Put 10 – 20 drops of Trod at / Ideal Ink on the inked side of the pad. Once the ink has absorbed into the pad, push the pad back in.
Press your stamp all the way down and hold in the 2 locking buttons (located 1 on either side). Release the stamp so that it locks. Adjust the date or number using the wheels provided. Push your stamp down a little and release.
