I would prefer that the fill in templates be free of charge. The one used is great and I would hope to find another one as such. Easy to use formatting and site.

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use
In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about.
The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document.
Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great!
PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations.
The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

Is altering time sheets illegal?
While falsification of an employee's time sheet can be a serious offense, it isn't illegal for a supervisor or employer to change an employee's time sheet as long as it reflects the correct hours that were worked, and you notify the employee of these changes.
Can an employer change your time card?
Believe it or not, it's actually perfectly legal for an employer to modify a time card without an employee's knowledge. But if you feel your time card has somehow been adjusted unfairly, speak to your supervisor and look at the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) and Department of Labor laws to see if any have been broken.
Can I sue my employer for changing my time card?
Under the FLEA, employees are permitted to sue their employers if the employers alter their timesheets and/or other pay records to avoid paying overtime wages. Employees should be aware, however, that there are certain times in which employers are permitted to change their employees timesheets.
Is falsifying a time card illegal?
It is probably legal for your employer to fire you for falsifying a time card, but it is not legal for your employer to require you to work through breaks for which you were not paid, or to clock out and keep working after your shift.
Can an employer take away hours worked?
If you are a nonexempt employee, your employer is legally allowed to cut your hours or impose a furlough. However, your employer still must pay you for every hour you actually work. This is also legal, but only if your hourly pay after the pay cut is at least the minimum wage.
Is falsifying a timesheet a crime UK?

Is it a crime to falsify a timesheet?
Falsifying employee timesheets is punishable both criminally and civilly. This may be done in an employee handbook or even in a separate document that employees must sign. Falsifying timesheets may result in not only termination of employment and perhaps civil liability, but also criminal charges.
