My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

What do you like best?
Such fillable forms usually cost $700 for a year's service. This is less than $150 per year. Easy to use and effective.
What do you dislike?
Some of the protocols are cumbersome. For instance, when you want a standard form, it makes you go through a process instead of taking you right to the form.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.

When I get contracts, most of the time they are not complete to be approved. This allows me to add extra details and even sign the docs. I like the stamp it adds to show when the signature was made.

What do you like best?
The ability to create a document, upload a document, search and find document files, edit, and then fax or email to anyone anywhere right from the convenience of your laptop anywhere in the world. All documents created are saved in your account for return access, and activities (fax, email and receipts for delivery) are also recorded and saved.
What do you dislike?
So far I have not discovered something I do not like. I have uploaded, created, searched for online documents to use, and both faxed and e-mailed documents without an issue.

Can work and send from home, work, on the road. No need to hunt for a fax service / company; no need to leave where I am at to go fax a document; can work and send documents in the middle of the night right from home or while on the road; have been able to search and find online documents and upload into account for editing use; easy to share documents via PDFiller; you can send documents to anyone with an e-mail address - your recipient does not need to leave their laptop either!

A Great Way to Fill Out PDFs PDFs are a form that typically needs to be printed and filled out if you don't have software like this EAsy to use and simple Great service sometimes tricky to use but customer service is helpful

Go to Tool for pdf Editing Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf. Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !! Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

What if I have more questions?

When you change your business name, you may have to change legal documents, including contracts, loans, and your business checking account (and checks). You may have to change local business licenses and permits, and you will probably need a new “doing business as” or business trade name notification with your county.
You can't actually change anything including your business bank account name until your new business structure is filed and approved (so don't jump the gun!). The IRS can sometimes take a couple of months to confirm changes, so start the process as soon as you can.
When you change your business name, you generally do not have to file for a new EIN. Instead, you submit an EIN name change. If you change your name soon after you file your annual tax return, then you can inform the IRS of the EIN number change name through a signed notification, similar to a sole proprietorship.
You will need to complete a bank account closure instruction form, and a current account switch agreement form. You can choose a convenient day when the switch will take place which should be at least 7 days after your new account is live. Your old account will still be active until the switch date.
Change a Company's Name You can change the registered name of a private limited company by filing the correct notice and a Special Resolution. To change a company name directly with Companies House you will need to complete form NM01.
There will usually be a filing fee associated with this change, ranging from $20 to $150, depending on your state. After your new name has been approved, you should notify everyone of importance about the name change. This includes your bank, creditors, local business authorities, vendors, and customers.
Find Out if Your New Name Is Available. Approve a Resolution to Change Business Name. Amend Your Articles of Organization to Change LLC Name. Amend Your Operating Agreement. Notify Taxing and Licensing Agencies. Changing Name of LLC on Business Accounts.
The main issue is that while the IRS requires proof of your company name change for them to update their records, it takes them approximately 60 days to process this change, so your company name has been changed at the state or county level but not at the federal level.
