What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.

I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.

Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!

How do I mail an amended tax return?
Mail your federal return to the Internal Revenue Service Center listed for the state that you live in. *Please Note: There is no street address. The zip code indicated in the chart below is exclusive to the corresponding IRS processing center. The zip code will identify it as going to the IRS.
What do I mail with 1040x?
You must mail it with supporting forms, schedules, and source documents, such as a W-2. In order to prepare an amended return, you'll need a copy of your original return, new source documents or other information that will change, such as filing status or dependents, and Form 1040X.
Do amended returns have to be mailed?
Amended returns can only be mailed. It can take them 16 weeks for the IRS to process them. And they only mail checks for refunds.

Does an amended tax return have to be mailed?
The IRS will mail a request about the missing item. Anyone amending tax returns for more than one year will need a separate 1040X for each tax year. They should mail each tax year's Form 1040-X in separate envelopes. Taxpayers should wait for the refund from their original tax return before filing an amended return.
Does it really take 16 weeks for amended return?
Generally, it can take up to 16 weeks from the day the IRS receives your amended return for it to be processed, and it may take 3 weeks from the day you mailed it for it to show up in the IRS system. This is why Where's my Amended Return comes in handy.
Can you electronically file an amended tax return?
You can't e-file your amended return. You can prepare amended returns online, but you can't electronically file them. You or your tax professional will need to mail Form 1040X to the IRS, along with corrected or omitted information statements and schedules.
How soon can I file an amended tax return?
The IRS advises that you generally must file Form 1040X to amend a return within three years from the date you filed your original tax return, or within two years of the date you paid the tax, whichever is later. Be sure to enter the year of the return you are amending at the top of Form 1040X.
