On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. I use it as a healthcare EHR. Very convenient.
What do you dislike?
I only really have one complaint. When I use it to fill my PDF files, the pop up bubble gets in the way after I click a box so then I have to click somewhere else to see my next option.

I have been help a lot with PDF filler! I can read, analyze, summarize, and even extract text and data from PDFs. If one need specific information pulled out, like tables, certain sections, or individual words, I can help with that too. And if you’re creating or editing a PDF, one can be assisted with formatting suggestions, content organisation, or even generating the text.
If the PDF is complex or full of visuals, one can offer general descriptions, but it's harder for me to "see" the images in it. Overall, whether it’s processing, creating, or editing text-based content in PDF filler ,can be a solid resource.

Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. Great to use, but wish the font/size/color of text would always remain as the original was during editing existing text, or at least show what that information is to the user.
