I find the programming impressive. I find the website less so as it is really quite hard to find out how do so such simple and presumably popular things as setting up formatted forms for use on a website. Too, find some terms a bit confusing such as template vice a fillable pdf vice a document. Maybe a startup, online primer to show exactly how to do basic things and find basic options. I will say this. My call to your support staff was excellent. Your agent told me exactly what I needed to know in that instance.

I appreciate the different features to edit the documents. I primarily used it for my studies, where I have to closely read a large amount of texts and am not always able or willing to print them (also due to ecological reasons).
However something that annoyed me somewhat is the fact, that one can not edit the font of individual words in a textbox. For example when I want to underline a specific word in a sentence, it automatically underlines the whole passage.

I love the documents I just wish there more Tax documents to utilize. Also the first document I sent I can not find...it would have been during the trial stage ..how can I find it.

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

What is a certificate for email?
An email certificate is a digital file that is installed to your email application to enable secure email communication. These certificates are known by many names email security certificates, email encryption certificates, S/MIME certificates, etc.
How do you send a certificate via email?
Open Outlook.
Go to your “Trust Center”
Select Email Security.
Click Import/Export.
Choose your E-mail signing certificate.
Click Open.
Type the certificate password and the Digital ID Name.

Is it safe to email an SSL certificate?
