Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use
In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about.
The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document.
Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

Is the common app open for 2019?
Common App, the non-profit membership organization dedicated to access, equity and integrity in the college admissions process, today announced the launch of their 2019-2020 application season with a new brand and several updates to their online resources for students and counselors.
Can I submit my common app after the deadline?
The RCS themselves can be submitted after the application deadline. The same rule also applies for the counselor rec. If it's something that someone else is writing for you, it doesn't have to be in by the deadline.
When should I create my common app account?
If you are not a rising senior, then the answer is: In the August prior to your senior year. The summer prior to the senior year, you should be writing your common app essay. The topics come out in the spring, they have been available for months. People mostly have their first two or three drafts finished by now.
When should I submit my common app?
To meet an application deadline, you must submit your application materials by 11:59 pm on the deadline date posted on your Dashboard. The end of the deadline date is in your local time zone, not the college's time zone. Keep in mind, all timestamps are recorded in EST (US Eastern Standard Time).
When should I start my common app?
I recommend starting your application the summer before you apply. Make sure you have your parents sit down with you, so they can provide what institutions they graduated from and when as well as other important information. Take time to write your common app essay.
Can I submit my common app before recommendations?
You are allowed to submit your application before your counselor or teachers submit their school forms whether they choose to do so online or on paper. The Common Application system allows recommendations to be submitted even after the application has been submitted.
Do letters of recommendation need to be submitted by the deadline?
All the recommendations should be submitted or postmarked by the deadline date. However, some schools may be more lenient with school officials. You should contact the school to see if they accept recommendations later than the stated deadline.
