I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

Going through onboarding for my new job…
Going through onboarding for my new job was stressful but pdf filler really made it easier to download and sign everything! honestly worth paying for it

Free trial is a great way to know and understand the capabilities of pdffiller
it saves the files under a different name, but i dealt with it since i used the free trial

Basically does what I need. Could use better Help function. Example: I haven't figured out how to control the type font used nor how to match existing fonts in a document.

How do I archive a single chat?
In the CHATS tab, tap More options > Settings. Tap Chats > Chat history > Archive all chats.
How do I save a live chat conversation?
If you just need to store the chats, simply save the results to a file. Alternatively, you can use the API to send chats transcripts from the extracted chats to specified emails. To do that, you need to use the Send chat transcripts to email method.
How do I download my chat transcripts?
Download the chat transcript: Select the download icon at the bottom of the chat screen. Email the chat transcript: Select the email icon at the bottom of the chat screen. Enter email address in pop-up window. Select Send to receive a copy of the chat transcript once the conversation ends.
