With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. 2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I love how easy PDFfiller is to use, and with all the how to do's no one should ever run into a problem they can't overcome on there own. As well the membership cost is great. Thank you so much for this great program.

What do you like best?
I use Quickbooks and have to send out 1099NT which is not a capability in Quickbooks. 1099 forms must be scannable and I can purchase the printed forms and fill it out on PDFfiller. I can then print on the scannable forms and they are perfectly aligned. Saves time and money. Also, I like the fact that I can create a template so I don't have to re-type the same company information, tax numbers, etc. The product is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I don't really dislike anything about PDFfiller. Other than maybe the fact that I probably don't use it enough to offset the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use - I intended to use for a month and then cancel, but I ended up keeping it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mostly use for 1099NT's as mentioned above. I really need to explore!

This app was user friendly and able to change any part of a downloaded document, Email it directly and I was extremely satisfied.

Searching for a form that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, I found it here upon oa couple tries. Having trouble with the editing, which I always do. This site is superb, I'm just a tech dummie with a capital "D". Gotta go or I'd say more. Thank you for your excellent product and great free trials.

I was able to find any form that I needed to fill out. PdFiller was instrumental in helping me fill out additional tax forms needed to file my taxes. All the forms were there already! There's even away to have your documents sent/mailed to the intended party! I wish there was a way I could have a subscription for a much lower amount that's based on my usage. Right now the price point is decent for a person that uses it frequently like multiple times a day.
