The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.

How many logs should I put in my fireplace?
You should always put two or three logs on the fire at a time one log on its own will often die out. The reason is that the burning of a log happens in three stages, and one single log is not able to keep its own process going.
Can you put too much wood in a fireplace?
Don't Overfill Your Fireplace or Wood stove Stuffing your fireplace or wood stove with too much wood will likely lead you to damp down the fire, which may cause smoldering and inefficient burning.
Can you arrange logs in a gas fireplace?
It's perfectly OK to buy a set of gas fireplace replacement logs for a wood burning fireplace as long as you have a gas line that runs to your fireplace. If not, you can have a professional run a gas line to your fireplace. Gas log sets are often sold prearranged.
Can you put real logs in a gas fireplace?
Yes, a gas fireplace is perfectly safe to burn normal wood in. And you don't have to buy those Durable logs, just load in your wood and light the gas for five or so minutes and then turn it off and tend to your nice wood burning fireplace.
Do gas logs wear out?
Gas fireplace burner sets eventually wear out or rust out, causing them to emit gas differently and volume than they did when new. This different flame pattern may cause dirty burning and soot buildup.

However, embers do fade over time and will periodically need to be replaced. Embers can last up to five years depending on how frequently you use your fireplace. We have found that replacing embers every three years keeps a log set looking brilliant.
