I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. I would like to attend a webinar at some time, but for next few months I am far to busy to take time and energy for the webinar. I'm sure there is much to learn although I did succeed in working on document that needed to be done. This is a great tool; I look forward to continuing to use it. Thank you!

PDF filler has worked for our business through out the year and would highly recommend it. We mostly use it for fax purposes, but for us that alone is worth what we pay per year.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

I contacted the company when I realized I had signed up for the wrong plan. Within minutes, they replied to my email and refunded me, as well as set me up with the plan that was right for me.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
