i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

I AM A TAX PREPARER SO YOU CAN IMAGINE AT THE BUSIEST TIME HAVING TO RUSH AND GO BUY FORMS OR ORDER ONLINE, IT WAS EASY VERY SELF EXPLANATORY. WOULD LIKE TO SEE ADDITIONAL FEATURES, SAVE THE EIN NUMBER, PREFILL THE SS AND MEDICARE WHEN YOU PUT IN THE AGI.

I hate when I fill a pdf, then have to log in, and mistype my password, so by the time I've logged in I've lost ALL my work. Otherwise, it works flawlessly

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! My experience has been great. It allows me to do whatever I would need to do with a PDF and then some!
I liked that you can do just about everything with the software from edited forms to filling them out or creating them. All in one solution.
There really isn't much I can say I didn't like about the software. It really allows for me to do everything I would need to do with a PDF document.

How do I find information on a deed?
