Click on the 'Assign Amount Log' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains a list of all the fields in your document that can have amounts assigned to them.

Select the field you want to assign an amount to by clicking on it in the sidebar.

Once you've selected a field, a pop-up window will appear where you can enter the amount you want to assign. Simply type in the desired amount and click 'Assign'.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any additional fields you want to assign amounts to.

To view the assigned amounts, click on the 'Assign Amount Log' button again. The sidebar will display the assigned amounts for each field.

If you need to edit or remove an assigned amount, simply click on the field in the sidebar and make the necessary changes in the pop-up window.

Open the Event Viewer (event. MSC). In the left pane, right-click on the target event log and select Properties. Beside Maximum Log Size, enter the maximum size in kilobytes that the event log can grow to.
On a target server, navigate to Start Windows Administrative Tools (Windows Server 2016) or Administrative Tools (Windows 2012 R2 and below) Event Viewer. Navigate to Event Viewer tree Windows Logs, right-click Security and select Properties. Make sure Enable logging is selected.
2.39. States The main Event Viewer log files record numerous events and these are usually only helpful for a period of 10 /14 days after the event. You need to retain reports for a reasonable time to be able to identify recurring errors.
The default Windows event log maximum file size is 20 MB, and once it reaches the maximum size, new events will overwrite old events which is the default behavior in any Windows operating systems.

Open SQL Server and go to SQL Server agent. For shrinking database log, we need to write SQL query. Right click on Jobs and click “New Job”. Go to “Steps” in “New Job” window and click New button at the bottom of the window. Go to schedule tab New Job window and click New button.
In the SQL Server Management Studio, right-click on the BizTalk360 database name and select Tasks > Shrink > Files. Select the file type and file name. Select the Release unused space radio button. Click OK.
The Simple recovery mode should take care of most of your transaction log growth problems because the log truncation occurs after the Checkpoint process. Not performing transaction log backups is probably the main cause for your transaction log growing too large.
