Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. Thought it was too expensive and did not see the 70% discount for paying annually instead of monthly and do want that discount and as such a large partial refund of the $120 we were charged

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.
