I have had a very good experiente with pdf filler. I added an identification tag to almíscar all pdf files I had to send to the Court.
I was a Little disappointed because there is not a tool to make these files less heavy... but may be you can develop it soon...

How to Use the Attach Email Format Feature in pdfFiller
The Attach Email Format feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily attach an email format to your document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Click on the 'Attach Email Format' button located in the toolbar.

A pop-up window will appear. Here, you can choose to attach an existing email format or create a new one.

To attach an existing email format, click on the 'Attach Existing Format' button. A list of your saved email formats will appear. Select the one you want to attach.

To create a new email format, click on the 'Create New Format' button. A text editor will open where you can compose your email format. You can use placeholders to dynamically insert information from your document, such as recipient name or document title.

Once you have attached or created your email format, click on the 'Attach' button.

The email format will now be attached to your document. You can preview it by clicking on the 'Preview' button.

If you need to make any changes to the attached email format, click on the 'Edit' button. This will open the text editor where you can make modifications.
