It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website. I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail. That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone. Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

Price point too high for how infrequent I would use this program but I did like its versatile options and over all user friendly templates, just had too play around a little bit to get it figured out!

I have tried many different programs. I find PDFfiller to be the easiest to use for anything re: PDFs and to get signatures on paperwork.

It is a little more expensive than some of the other programs

Great experience! I was able to get the rental applications done for my house rental. Super easy to use. Clear instructions, I found enjoyable to use this software. I'm not that good with computers but I was able to use it without much difficulties. I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had to take a little more time to find out how to get confirmation of my forms I sent, other than that it was fast and easy.

In the business world, a memo follows a specific format and requires a particular writing style to encourage readers to take action after reviewing your information. You can note an attachment both in the body and at the end of the memo to encourage further discussion between you and the recipient.

The format of a memo is much simpler. You write Memo or Memorandum at the top, followed by a To line, a From line, a Date line, a Subject line, and then the actual body of the message. Traditionally, you would print out a memo and distribute it to the relevant parties inside your small business.
According to their handbook, you send an item as an attachment when the correspondence is a memo, while if it is a letter you should use the word enclosure for additional documents.
Sign the memo. Memo writers usually initial or sign memos in the heading section, next to the Form entry. A formal memo might require a full signature and date line at the end of the document.
On the surface they may appear similar, but there are many differences between a memo and a letter. Memos, however, are internal and usually only seen by a company's employees. In practice, memos don't include a signature. However, sometimes managers are wise to include their initials next to their name in the header.
