I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else

What states allow creditors to garnish wages?
While all states allow wage garnishment for child support and unpaid state taxes, four states North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas don't allow wage garnishment for creditor debts.
Can your wages be garnished out of state?
If you attempt to serve a writ of garnishment on an out-of-state employer, technically the employer may not have to honor it. Certain states do make exceptions for certain debts, such as federal taxes, student loans, alimony and child support. Employers are often accustomed to dealing with wage garnishment orders.
Can you garnish wages across state lines?
If you live in one state and have a judgment against you in another state, the judgment creditor can move the judgment to your state and commence collections, including wage garnishment if your state's law allows it.
Which states do not allow garnishment of wages?
At present four U.S. states Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas do not allow wage garnishment at all except for tax-related debt, child support, federally guaranteed student loans, and court-ordered fines or restitution.
Can a Judgment follow me to another state?
Be aware that a judgment in one state is not automatically enforced in another state. Generally, judgments can be enforced in a couple of ways. A new suit may be brought based on the judgment.

Wage garnishment exemptions are a form of wage protection that prevents the garnishing creditor from taking certain kinds of income or more than a certain amount of your wages. Generally speaking, ordinary creditors cannot garnish the following types of income: social security. Disability.
