Fax and Documents
Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER!
I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. I cant find anyone to help!

I thought it was a bit difficult to get a form completed. All I wanted was a statement that I paid my neighbor for a dent in his car. I had to hunt for a form that would allow me to enter that statement.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great app!!
I like this app very much it makes keeping track of my medications, allergies, surgeries and other medical information easier and all in one place. I can just print what I need to take with me when I am going to see a new doctor for the first time. I recommend this product.
