I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. What do you like best?
PDF Filler is extremely easy to use and navigate. I've never experienced any lag or difficulties in using the software. Signatures are easy, dates are easy to inpute.
What do you dislike?
You don't get to really choose where files are saved when you download them.

I've been able to easily fill out and save consolidation agreements, settlement letters, and anything else that I need and don't have time to print out and sign just to have to scan it in. It's definitely a time saver!

What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.

Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.
