Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. How easy the software is to use and its ability to connect with other apps/software
What do you dislike?
I fell like it takes a lot of clicks to get things done. Some pages are also slow to load.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Automation. We used it along with Zapier and 123Forms to create a prefilled document from a filled form.

What do you like best?
I like being able to edit and/or fill-in .PDF documents. I also like that I can retrieve documents that I have previously worked on.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to change the font in the text option, as it doesn't always look right if mismatched.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not sure how I first heard of PDF FILLER, but am I ever glad that I found it. My advice would be to try it out and see if it suits your needs. I like many of its features, especially the left pane that shows the document pages, and the ability to select only those that you want to include in a print or save maneuver.

One use that I have for the program is for one of our telecommuter workers - so that she can enter details on employee time cards, and it looks better than handwriting in notes. Uploading the documents she needs is a breeze, and the program alerts me to activity, for example, when she emails the documents to us for distribution.

PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

Great for easy form creation for end users
I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered.
Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.
