Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I use the website to do my W-2s and it was so easy. Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

Great way to electronically complete forms!
I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents!
It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. How do you black out a document?
Open the PDF file to redact in Preview. Black out text using any method you want (e.g. use the rectangle annotation tool with black as the color and choose the thickest border. Then draw the shape as many times as needed until your document is blacked out.) File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF.
How do I black out text in a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
How do I redact in PDF?
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Drag cursor over the text you want to redact to select it. Right-click over selected text and choose Edit and then Redact from the right-click menu.
How do you black out text in a paper?
Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
How do you cross out text in PDF?
Select the Cross Out Text tool by choosing ToolsComment & Markup Tools Cross Out Text Tool. Drag over the text that you want crossed out. The text is now crossed out.
