Simply put, PDFFILLER has made my life a whole lot 'simpler'. I am no longer buried up to my eyeballs in paperwork (just up to my knees now! ha!) Since i began using PDFfiller, my desk is now, finally, Organized! Before PDFfiller - you couldnt even see the glass top on my computer desk., but now, since using PDFfiller, you can actually see every square inch of my desk! there isnt a single piece of paper 'waiting to be scanned', or filled out, so on and so forth. Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

Amazing customer service, very fast response time
I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. I definitely will be back when I have enough money.

How do I black out part of a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
