Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

I couldn't print directly so I followed instructions for converting document into PDF file on my computer - smooth sailing after that. I like the paper trail of all activities with forms - very helpful to review My Account and see what I have done.

Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

I wrote some legal documents using this tool, it was much easier than other PDF editing tools I found. I was able to put my legal case together in an hour after wasting much more than that on other editing tools.

Are blackout days legal?
In general, employers can decide when and how employees may schedule their time off from work. Employers can also set aside certain blackout dates during which no employees may take vacation, such as the holiday season for a retail business or the tax season for an accounting firm.
What are blackout days at work?
Blackout date. Blackout dates are dates when travel rewards and other special discounts/promotions are not available. These dates typically fall on or around major holidays or other peak travel seasons. Time off requests from work may not be available during those times as well.
What is a blackout period at work?
A blackout period is a period of at least three consecutive business days, but not more than 60 days during which the majority of employees at a particular company are not allowed to make alterations to their retirement or investment plans. A blackout period usually occurs when major changes are being made to a plan.
Can an employer deny a personal day?
You can be denied a personal day unless you have an employment contract that expressly provides for this type of day off.
What does blackout mean in retail?
Vacation blackouts are a block of dates during which employees cannot schedule time off due to an expected increase in traffic (i.e., during the holidays) or special event (i.e., the iPhone rollout), and are common in retail and other industries that thrive on seasonal volume.
Is it illegal to not give days off?
No law requires employers to give their workers paid vacation days, but most companies do pay for some vacation days: More than 90% of all full-time employees in industry receive paid vacation, according to 2015 figures from the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Are days off required by law?
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, small business owners aren't required to give employees who are 16 or older any mandatory days off. However, some states have passed what is known as days of rest laws that prohibit the number of consecutive days that employees may work without a day of rest.
